Regent's kitchen is European, with an emphasis on meat dishes and a wide choice of steaks: the menu features striploin, ribeye and côte de boeuf. Seafood and a Japanese section round it out — sashimi, tataki and crab rolls. Among the pastas are spaghetti vongole and sea urchin risotto. The soups include oxtail-broth ramen and shark fin soup, while a separate section unexpectedly features borscht.
