The Japanese cuisine centres on yakiniku: slices of meat are grilled by guests using their own tongs. The main ingredient is certified wagyu from Miyazaki Prefecture, known for its marbling and sweetish flavour. Alongside meat, the menu includes gyoza, temaki with sturgeon caviar and katsu sando. Sets follow the omakase principle, with the chef determining the serving order. Tajiri Go pairs wagyu with sake by the glass, from junmai to daiginjo.
