The gastronomic style is built on French classics with Asian notes. Restaurant Bergamot occupies several rooms on Malaya Zelenina Street. The menu opens with apéro bites and tartinades, crudo and seafood tartares. The pasta is made Piedmont-style, and Kamchatka crab can be added to it. Chef Oleg Perfilov runs the kitchen.
