The cocktail menu is built as a journey through three eras — the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries — each with its own chapter. Some items are served as a tasting: one cocktail in three variations at once, one per era. The kitchen at the Medved bar is European. They make duck pâté with apple mostarda and ravioli with black truffle, and for the hot dishes, pasta with lobster. Starters include mini rasstegai with oxtail. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the White Truffle Negroni and the Ravioli with young cheeses and black truffle.
