The restaurant’s cuisine follows two directions: West and East. Chef Ilya Zakharov, who created Morskoy’s menu, oversees the kitchen. Asian cuisine lovers can choose sashimi, sushi and original rolls. European dishes include tartares, carpaccio and vitello tonnato. A separate raw bar offers fresh oysters, caviar and crab.
