Kitch Bistro

The restaurant's interior is rustic with contemporary design touches. Walls of exposed brick and stone create a natural texture. Inside are soft armchairs in pastel and rich tones, and understated wooden tables. Small crystal chandeliers and pendant lamps on the ceiling give off soft, warm light. A bar counter with golden accents runs along one wall. Large arched windows fill the space with natural light, making the room bright and open.

Kitch Bistro is an elegant restaurant located in the very heart of Tbilisi, on Revaz Tabukashvili Street.

The menu features grilled Georgian and European dishes. Among the appetizers: baked eggplant with stracciatella and cilantro pesto, burrata with tomatoes and tarragon, and beef tartare with parmesan. Among the mains: coal-cooked potatoes with bacon and sun-dried tomatoes, Imeruli khachapuri on a keci, and cauliflower steak with bazhe sauce.
