The restaurant adapts Italian cuisine to the Caucasus mountain climate. Chef Daniil Kuzmenko heads Syrovarnya Polyana's kitchen and bakes pizzas in a wood-fired oven. The in-house cheese dairy supplies mozzarella, burrata and stracciatella for starters and pasta. There is a wide selection of focaccia, bruschetta and pasta. Shashlik and lula kebab are cooked over open fire. Our restaurant guide team recommends the spaghetti carbonara and Gorgonzola and pear pizza.
