The Italian menu centres on mushrooms: morels and chanterelles take turns with porcini through the seasons, while truffle remains year-round. Chef Andrey Shamov leads Mushrooms’ kitchen. Pasta is made in-house and pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven. Cold starters include beef tartare with chanterelles. Risotto is offered with chanterelles or crab sauce.
