The bar's cocktails are based on classics: Negroni, Cosmopolitan, Cuba Libre and Gin Basil Smash. There is also a Self Edge Japanese range. The drinks menu features champagne, sparkling wine and spirits from rum to mezcal. SHUM cabaret serves French-inspired dishes: croque monsieur, Boeuf Bourguignon and chicken liver pâté.
