Every dish on the special menu reveals a true Paris and introduces guests to Middle Eastern cuisine. We suggest starting your introduction to the menu with tabbouleh with pomegranate, mint, labneh, and lemon oil (650 r.). This starter will especially appeal to those who, like Liza, love fresh herbs, pomegranate, and mint. By the way, the salad is very easy to share.
After the tabbouleh, try the pistachio and shrimp soup (690 r.) — a seasonal cream soup with a spicy sprinkle of ground nuts and spices: pistachio, hazelnut, sesame, cumin.
Among the mains, the slow-cooked lamb with chickpeas, pomegranate, and cumin-spiced "Jus" sauce (1550 r.) will impress. The meat pairs beautifully with berry-and-fruit notes: pomegranate, slow-cooked plum, and a sauce with cumin and honey.
Among the hot drinks, the menu features a Masala Raf (470 r.) — a drink based on espresso and milk with added spices.
The dessert La Elizabeth is dedicated to the actress's daughter. It's a mille-feuille with saffron cream and yogurt sorbet (650 r.) — a symbiosis of French and Middle Eastern gastronomy. Layers of crispy, weightless phyllo dough with saffron cream, pistachio praline, juicy pomegranate seeds, and tangy narsharab sauce — the tale of "1001 Nights" made real. The composition is rounded out with yogurt sorbet and caramelized pistachio.
Dishes from the special menu can be tried for a month at Parisian-cuisine restaurant Le Pigeon.
