Today, Amber's open kitchen welcomes an unusual guest —
Vadim Malkov, ex-brand chef of ramen-izakaya bars [KU:]. This is a chance to try a range of gyoza and the most unusual ramen of your life — on a vongole and mussel broth with noodles and scallop. 

▫️Art at Tilda, October 28-29 
Tilda's collaboration with artist Pavel Shchelkonogov is wrapping up. You can try the special menu: three sandwich variations, perfect for a weekend cheat meal or a hangover brunch. The main guilty pleasure — the artist's paintings, which are available for purchase.

▫️Wine dinner at Giusto Bistrot, October 27 
Dinner with Arsen Vartanov (sommelier of GA, Commons, BoBo, Il Lago Dei Cigni, and Na Vina!), who's just returned from Italian vineyards. Hence a confident focus on Italy, including wines from the La Staffa estate, run by close friends of Arsen's, which will be offered by the glass that evening. Starts at 19:00.

▫️Bordeaux dinner at Lou Lou, October 28
A culinary journey through the Bordeaux region led by chef Mikhail Shevyakov and sommelier Alexander Kucherov. In the glass — Crémant de Bordeaux; on the plate — snails in their shells with a mushroom sauce a la Bordelaise. A jazz quartet plays throughout. Starts at 19:30.
