From May 1 to 31, Moscow venue "Dom Kultur" ("House of Cultures") launches a special culinary offer inspired by the TV show "The White Lotus." The menu runs for the whole month and is built around the theme of a tropical getaway, referencing the show's first season, set in a luxury oceanfront hotel. The space plays the show's signature music, its 360° digital screens broadcast themed content, and guests get a taste of vacation, gifts of massage and cosmetics included.
The special menu includes four dishes. Among them: a chilled beet soup with scallop at 990₽, a seafood kebab with chimichurri sauce served in lettuce leaves at 1490₽, and seared salmon with ponzu and horseradish at 990₽. For dessert: pitahaya with guava and a citrus granita, at 690₽. Every dish is styled in a vacation aesthetic, with an emphasis on seafood ingredients and exotic fruit.

The bar menu rounds out the setting and plays on the contrast between alcoholic and non-alcoholic flavors. The "Resort Secret" cocktail is based on Seychelles rum and coconut liqueur, served with a passion-fruit foam, priced at 890₽, and references the show's ill-fated drink, minus the poisonous additions. "Thai Clove" is rum infused with pineapple, with goji berries and yuzu, priced at 990₽. Among the non-alcoholic drinks, "Lotus Glow" stands out — a ginseng-and-butterfly-pea-tea drink with a passion-fruit-and-honey foam, developed together with Korean brand SKIN&LAB, priced at 750₽. Other non-alcoholic cocktails include fruit and tea mixes: "Sunset over the Ocean," "Sweet Meditation," and a rooibos twist with cold cacao and citrus, all at 750₽. The priciest item on the cocktail list is the fresh White Lotus coconut, at 1200₽.
Gifts are offered with orders above a certain amount. With an order from 2000₽ that includes the "Lotus Glow" non-alcoholic cocktail, guests get a travel kit from SKIN&LAB. Ordering the White Lotus coconut for 1200₽ gets you a complimentary relaxing massage at the Wai Thai salon. With a check from 3500₽, guests enter a raffle for a one-hour spa ritual at the same salon. All offers are subject to limited gift availability.

The May "White Lotus" menu will be available at "Dom Kultur" daily through the end of the month. It's a limited-time offer, ending after May 31. Through decor, flavors, gifts, and visual design, it builds a vacation atmosphere that requires no visas, flights, or suitcases. All of it can be had in one place, over a single dinner.
