Anchovy's Club Opening Soon on Tsvetnoy Boulevard

Fish brasserie Anchovy's Club is an unexpected union of beer culture and seafood gastronomy. In-house brewed beer and in-house-made fish and seafood delicacies.

A two-tiered tower of a huge cold room will be the heart of the restaurant on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. Dreamteam's expertise will unpack the idea of modern beer aesthetics in all its intriguing depth: from tank beer in a half-ton tank to signature styles in ice-cold kegs. And a light, golden kölsch as a ritual of immersion, where small, elegant glasses are refilled non-stop until a coaster finally lands on top.

The visionaries of the new restaurant wave, Folk Team, build the concept's second pillar, creating experimental gastronomy based on fish and seafood. Tuna jamón, fish sausages, garums, and sauces — available to try at the restaurant and to take home — will round out a menu that also includes flawless fritto misto and mussel popcorn, soft-shell crab burgers and lobster rolls in brioche buns, fish roast beef and pastrami, chowders and bisques. Doing away with meat is a bold move. And not the only one.

Using the space's unusual layout, the creators combine a social bar, an open kitchen, a fish display case, a cold room, and classic seating into a space filled with air and light. Mixing the style of French brasseries, classic Californian fish shacks, yacht chic, and rough industrial texture. And in summer, the multi-tiered square out front will turn into a fashionable Moscow beer garden.
