At "Charlie's" bistro&champagne near Patriarch's Ponds, you can now try not just rare champagne vintages but signature cocktails too. Head bartender Anton Maltsev, known for his work at Pinch, Ugolek, Leveldva, and other projects, has refreshed the bar menu. Eight cocktails have joined it, combining the refinement of French flavors with Russian accents.

One of the key drinks in the new lineup is Versailles. This cocktail combines French Riesling, rooibos, and peach, evoking the atmosphere of Versailles's palace gardens. For those who prefer light fruity aromas, there's Chateau — where grape is rounded out with plum, basil, and aloe. Boudoir draws you in with sweet notes of passion fruit, vanilla, and coconut foam, while Cuvee is a stronger take on the Bellini with a citrus touch of Aperol.

For those looking for the perfect aperitif, there's Vintage — a cocktail with soft notes of melon, pear, and grape paired with Riesling. Riviera transports you to the Côte d'Azur through a combination of grapefruit, hibiscus, and amaro. Fans of rich flavors should try Arc — a strong cocktail with lavender-infused vermouth, echoing the Negroni classic. Provence, for its part, embodies balance and harmony: gin, violet, sagan-dailya (Rhododendron adamsii), and tea rose build a floral-herbal bouquet.
Every cocktail in "Charlie's" refreshed list is its own story, weaving together French elegance and Russian character.
