Chef Timur Ismailov has updated the morning menu, and now balancing between sparkling wine and something wonderful has become even more entertaining. To start, a luxurious sunny-side-up egg with truffle, polenta, and parmesan espuma (870 rubles) — you definitely haven't had anything like this before: polenta is usually a side dish, but in this dish the cornmeal is shaped into pressed bars and baked until crusty.

Then there's a homemade frittata with shrimp, zucchini, and cream cheese (790 rubles) — true to tradition, it's finished in the oven, then topped with zucchini, shrimp, and cheese sautéed with garlic and thyme. The result is a "champion's breakfast," no less. Now for news that's dangerous for your waistline — the restaurant now has homemade croissants: for those who prefer savory breakfasts, one with mortadella, stracciatella, poached egg, and hollandaise sauce (890 rubles), and for fans of chocolate and nuts, one with Nutella, banana, and hazelnut (860 rubles).

By the way, Nutella actually comes from Italy — it was accidentally invented in the middle of the last century by Pietro Ferrero, founder of the giant company of the same name. Today, millions of jars are produced worldwide, and there are more than 50 different ways to eat it counted so far — you can try one of them at Lumicino.
