Bar Padron has unveiled a new lineup of cocktails inspired by Spain and Portugal. Every drink conveys a distinctive regional flavor, pairing traditional ingredients with unexpected accents. In Conquistador, for instance, notes of corn and tobacco weave together with the creamy softness of calvados and sherry. Murcia joins the citrus freshness of grapefruit and lime with red vermouth and tonka bean. And the clear La Leyenda Negra hides hazelnut orchata, brandy, vermouth, peach, and almond.

These days, the bar isn't just exploring the flavors of the Iberian Peninsula — it's building atmosphere through music too. On Thursday, February 13, cocktails will be paired with a live jazz accompaniment for the first time. The evening opens with Alina Vakaeva, an actress from the Mayakovsky Theatre. Under vaults decorated with traditional azulejo tiles, she'll perform the French classic La vie en rose, the Spanish So el fuego, the legendary Killing Me Softly, and the contemporary Titanium.

On February 20, guests can look forward to an instrumental set by Sergey Golovnya, one of Russia's finest saxophonists. Together with keyboardist Gennady Strelnik and bassist Vitaly Gudkov, he'll present signature arrangements of world hits, weaving different genres and eras into a single musical story.
