Morning at Patriarch's Ponds: Tilda's Breakfast Menu Gets an Update

Tilda chef Alexander Rusakov has prepared 11 new items for guests on the morning menu, available daily until 14:00. At Tilda, the chef invites you to try his take on a potato draniki with red caviar and smoked sour cream (790 r.) — fried potatoes with sour cream as a morning guilty pleasure. A bit of refinement comes from the French omelet with stracciatella and white truffle paste, considered the most aromatic variety (590 r.), or crêpes suzette, a French dessert with vanilla ice cream and crushed pistachio crumble (590 r.).

What's a morning without porridge? A savory, more filling option — green buckwheat with porcini mushrooms and parmesan mousse (640 r.), the restaurant's absolute "must-try," or a sweet variation — rice porridge on coconut milk with pear chutney and crunchy granola (450 r.). The chef found the perfect base to stand in for brioche or toasted tartine: a crispy potato waffle. It shows up in a bacon Benedict variation (790 r.) and is served with scramble and salmon rillettes (640 r.). But you can't skip the classics, so a classic Benedict is made on soft brioche with gravlax salmon (790 r.), and the croissant is filled with roast beef and tonnato sauce (790 r.).

For those who prefer light, healthy breakfasts, the chef's "ideal" morning combinations look like this — zucchini steak with salmon and a poached egg (620 r.), or bruschetta with anchovies, artichokes, egg, and romano in Caesar sauce (750 r.). Breakfast is served on weekdays from 11:00 to 14:00, and on weekends from 10:00 to 14:00, accompanied by a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or a Bloody Mary!
