Restaurant-bar "Za Kryshey" has taken up residence on the grounds of the former "Rassvet" factory, on Stolyarny Lane. The result is a remarkable, semi-secret spot with an open garden veranda, where on summer evenings you can admire the sunset, enjoy wine, Marat Kalaydzhan's signature cuisine, and good company.

The interior design was entrusted to Italian designers from Florence. Sabrina Bignami and Alessandro Capellaro managed to create a cozy, romantic atmosphere. The room's walls are painted a warm ochre, and there's plenty of live greenery both in the room and on the veranda. Despite the large windows, the lighting inside is dim, against which flickering candles look striking. In summer and early autumn, a special atmosphere takes over on the open veranda, where sunlight breaks through thick clusters of plants. It creates the impression of being at a café or restaurant somewhere in a small Italian resort town. Vintage lounge-style furniture by Paola Lenti and the tableware — beautiful ceramics by Nicola Fasano and vintage pieces by Ginori — heighten that sense of a southern resort.
The menu is made up of six sections. In it, chef Marat Kalaydzhan presents his signature take on Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on local ingredients. For starters, guests can order turkey rillette with truffle, crab with adjika and potato pie, or salmon gravlax with capers, horseradish, and dill. For the hot course: gazpacho with stracciatella or crab, a soup with mushrooms, pearl barley, and herbs, dumplings stuffed with prosciutto and pork, hand pies filled with braised beef and spicy tkemali plum sauce, or fish with tartar sauce.

For a larger group, chef Kalaydzhan will prepare octopus with romesco sauce and vegetables, lamb shoulder, or Kamchatka crab with mashed potatoes and morels. For dessert: profiteroles, as well as the signature "Za Kryshey" tiramisu.
The wine list features bottles from small producers in Russia, Spain, Italy, France, as well as Austria and Germany.
