The cuisine is modern, built around seasonal produce and the Siberian accents of brand chef Alexander Kucherov. But 0.75 please is first and foremost a wine project, with a list of over three hundred labels. Champagne gets its own separate section, from renowned Houses to grower bottles. The menu features an oyster line, venison and beef tartares, and smørrebrød with tugunok. Hot dishes include pelmeni with braised cheek and beef rib in red wine.
