The café is conceived as a neighbourhood bar that needs no occasion — you just drop in when you feel like it. The menu at BUS hand roll bar is built around hand rolls in three formats: cones, cigars and open-faced. Brand chef Artemy Lopatin rounded out the lineup with ramen and gyoza made from Japanese seafood.
