The kitchen works at the crossroads of Russian and French traditions, with an emphasis on fish and seafood and no excess decoration on the plate. At Gvidon restaurant, fish and seafood come from seasonal market deliveries. Oysters and crabs are served whole, and fish for crudo is filleted right before serving. Hot starters are built around risotto and seafood pasta. The wine list is chosen for fish pairings. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Tsar Platter and the Turbot.
