Jep restaurant menu and prices

Jep's menu is Italian-Moscow cuisine by chef Alexander Dronov — Italian logic adjusted for local produce. The table opens with crudo and carpaccio: Sakhalin scallop with black caviar, marbled beef with parmesan. Pasta is made with vongole and bottarga, ravioli with black truffle and burrata, tagliatelle with rabbit. From meat and fish — tenderloin and sea bass acqua pazza with vongole. The wine list was put together by Vlada Lesnichenko. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Ravioli with black truffle, burrata and parmesan and the Tagliatelle with rabbit.
