Jep

The interior of Jep x pl(art)form was designed by bureau Roobi, known for the restaurant Casper, and the result reads clearly. Here you find restrained graphics, precisely calibrated details, and the sense of a place assembled with great attention to proportion and the rhythm of the space.

The space was conceived from the start as more than a restaurant. It hosts exhibitions and lectures, and its target audience is collectors and people from the art industry. Food and art exist in one room with no visible line between them.

Alexander Dronov, a chef with experience at Probka, runs the menu. His cuisine can be described as Italian-Moscow, applying Italian dish logic while adapting to local ingredients and habits. Vlada Lesnichenko put together the wine list, and it's an important part of the project's overall idea.

Jep occupies a notable spot on Prechistenskaya Embankment, yet it doesn't read as a tourist venue. People come here for the food, the conversation, and the chance to see the current exhibition, since the restaurant doubles as a cultural venue.
