WA Garden is an interesting project by White Rabbit Family on Romanov Lane. It brings together three authentic Japanese restaurants under one roof: Ayu, Uchiwa and Tajiri Go, with Vladimir Mukhin as brand chef. They run in a gastro-theater format: dinner is designed for 8-12 people, the choice of dishes is left to the chef, and everything is prepared in front of guests. The tableware, decor and even staff clothing were brought in directly from Japan. Each of the three restaurants has its own specialty.

The interior follows the Japanese washitsu style: natural-material finishes, a calm color palette, soft lighting, and tatami flooring.

At Ayu, the focus is on sushi and sashimi, with chef Mikhail Chagay responsible for their quality. It's a classic Japanese sushi omakase restaurant, its interior notable for a low table made of white hinoki cypress. Dinner lasts 2.5 hours and is designed for 12 guests.

Crab leads Uchiwa's menu. "Uchiwa" translates from Japanese as "fan," hence the fan-shaped menus developed specially for the restaurant. The space seats 10. Marbled beef, named after the Japanese breed of beef cattle, is the main ingredient at Tajiri. The restaurant's kitchen is led by chef Ilya Amerkhanov, and dinner is designed for 8 guests.
