Krasota

Restaurant Krasota on Romanov Lane is a gastronomic project by the White Rabbit Family team. The idea is built on connecting cuisine with visual art. Every dinner turns into a performance, where taste, sound and light come together into a single artistic experience.

Boris Zarkov leads the concept, Vladimir Mukhin and Likarion Solntsev the gastronomy, and Natalia Belonogova and Anton Nenashev the space design.

The interior was designed by Natalia Belonogova and conceived as part of the staged experience. The gastro-theater space seats twenty guests and is built around a central oval table, with attention focused on visual projections and lighting effects created by Anton Nenashev's studio. Light, sound and image are synchronized with the plating, turning the room into a space of full immersion.

Krasota's menu is entirely subordinate to the immersive gastro-theater format. There's no traditional choice of dishes here — dinner is built as a sequence of scenes united by a theme. The gastro-theater runs three programs: "Imaginary Russia," "Imaginary Art" and "Imaginary Future." Each one lasts around two hours and includes a seven-course tasting menu created by chefs Vladimir Mukhin and Likarion Solntsev.
