The cuisine is pan-Asian: traditions from China, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore come together in one menu. At Koji, head bartender Artur Mirasov is in charge of the bar. The menu includes starters, a raw section with sushi and oshizushi, soups and mains. Sauces and marinades for meat, fish and cocktails are made in-house on koji, with no ready-made bases. The duck is roasted Peking-style, and the phở bò is made with pastrami. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the sushi with Kamchatka crab and the Peking duck.
