The menu features Italian cuisine built on seasonal ingredients, with nothing extra. Loro Khamovniki makes tuna and sea bass crudo, fresh oysters and beef tenderloin tartare. A wide selection of house-made pasta and risotto sits alongside Focaccia di Recco and grilled steaks. Meat and fish are roasted over open fire — octopus, halibut, black cod. Breakfast is served in the mornings with black caviar and fresh pastries. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Calamarata marinara and the Ravioli with crab.
