The menu features Italian cuisine built around seasonal produce. The kitchen is run by brand chef Glen Ballis and chef Nikolai Vovchinsky. Restaurant Loro makes house-made pasta and risotto, and offers a wide choice of steaks and grilled dishes. The raw bar serves oysters and crudo. Seafood and Venetian-style liver are cooked over coals. Starters include bruschetta with stracciatella and truffle. Breakfast is served in the morning.
