The Italian cuisine centres on seasonal produce. Brand chef Glen Ballis and chef Nikolay Vovchinsky head the kitchen. Loro prepares homemade pasta and risotto, with a wide selection of steaks and grilled dishes. The raw bar serves oysters and crudo. Seafood and Venetian-style liver are charcoal-cooked.
