The restaurant serves Italian cuisine without adapting to fashion or local tastes. Oltremare draws recipes from across Italy, from Sicily to Adriatic ports. Crudo and carpaccio feature prominently, including fig with prosciutto and wild sea bass. There is a wide selection of pizzette and homemade pasta. Meat and fish are grilled. Breakfast is served in the mornings. Cocktails are named after Italian cities and made with hibiscus-infused pisco.
