The cuisine reinterprets familiar dishes with unexpected signature presentations. A signature example at Patriki is rice-free sushi made from crab meat and seafood under nori. Pasta and risotto have their own section, from cacio e pepe to scallop tagliatelle. Main courses include ribeye steak and filet mignon with tonnato sauce. Breakfast is served in the mornings.
