Richter hotel menu and prices

Inside the hotel on Pyatnitskaya Street there is an Italian restaurant. Richter's menu is built around starters and pasta. The table gets gougères, marinated artichokes, mortadella and coppa. Main courses include salmon steak, braised octopus and baked sea bass with tomatoes. Pasta is made with bottarga and with black truffle. In the mornings they serve breakfast — Benedicts and rösti with red caviar. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Spaghetti with bottarga and the Fusillini with black truffle.
