The Italian cuisine features homemade and factory-made pasta. Brand chef Evgeny Engelke leads Salone pasta&bar’s kitchen. The menu includes a pizza croccante section, seafood crudo and grilled lobster. Meat dishes feature veal and dry-aged beef. There is a delicatessen for takeaway purchases. Our restaurant guide team recommends the pappardelle with porcini and pear and gorgonzola pizza.
