Uchiwa restaurant menu and prices

The cuisine is Japanese, and the menu is built around heikegani crab and an omakase format with several seasonal sets. The “Crab Samurai” set opens with miso soup with crab, followed by soba tokoroten and boiled crab. The “From Hokkaido to Okinawa” set is built on seafood: botan ebi, hotate and grilled awabi. The kaiseki ryori course alternates chawanmushi, tuna sashimi and grilled unagi. Wagashi dessert closes out the meal at Uchiwa.
