Restaurant and country club Muze Garden at the Composers' House of Creativity in Repino, together with creative development and contemporary art studio "U-CHU," is running a day creative camp for children from October 30 to November 3.
Participants can look forward to engaging activities and creative masterclasses with experienced instructors, walks along the same paths once walked by Schnittke, Desyatnikov, and Shostakovich, and an immersion into the world of theater arts, music, choreography, and many other disciplines.
As part of the camp, children will go through a themed quest, drawing a map of the area and learning its history and landscape. They'll put on an interactive performance, walk through the forest with microphones recording the sounds of nature, listen to music, and compose their own. The camp will wrap up with the creation of a travel "Komarovo Diary," where they can record everything most important from the experience.
Lunch is, of course, included: a warming and filling one is planned at restaurant Muze Garden.
Guiding these creative holidays in Repino will be director and teacher Anna Pokrovskaya, Upsala Circus composer Alexander Ivanov, and art historian and dancer Victoria Volodina, with whom children will be able to discover new talents or strengthen existing ones, learn about new professions, and surely make new friends.
