Restaurant Sight has refreshed its breakfast menu. Seven new dishes, developed by chef Dmitry Ustyantsev, have joined it, built on a combination of classic recipes with signature accents. Now you can start your morning in the center of the Petrogradskaya side with an omelet, chorizo toast, hash browns, rice porridge, or fresh pastries.

The classic French omelet stays on the menu, but with an updated presentation. It's made with a romesco sauce of roasted piri kara peppers, coconut milk, and cashews. The filling has the same roasted peppers and delicate stracciatella. For those who prefer a heartier breakfast, there's toast on house-made brioche with a poached egg, spicy chorizo, and classic hollandaise sauce.
Fans of potato dishes are offered hash browns with tzatziki and mortadella. The crisp-crusted potato pancakes are rounded out with a black pepper and red wine demi-glace. On top: Greek yogurt with honey and herbs, thin slices of mortadella, and house-dried cherry tomatoes.

The rice porridge on the menu is made using a risotto technique — on white wine with white onion. Butter, romesco sauce, pine nuts, basil, and grated parmesan are added, creating a flavor reminiscent of pesto. Those who prefer a lighter breakfast can choose the "green breakfast" — a plate with scramble, avocado, spinach, beans, a coconut-yogurt sauce, and freshly baked focaccia.
Among the sweet newcomers: a farmer's-cheese casserole with peanut mousse, and French toast with coffee cream and boozy cherries. The casserole is cheesecake-like in texture, rounded out with a creamy peanut paste, caramelized hazelnuts, and dried raspberries. The brioche French toast is served with a cream of cream cheese, mascarpone, espresso, and condensed milk, creating a caramel flavor.
