The cuisine is chef-driven, without leaning on national culinary traditions. Chef Alexey Alekseev runs the kitchen at Inner. The menu includes oysters, burrata and seafood ceviche. There are salads with eel and crab, and soups based on chicken broth and borscht. Hot dishes are cooked on the grill. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Grilled octopus with baked pepper cream and mashed potatoes and the Gnocchi with porcini and parmesan mousse.
