The cocktail menu is divided into sections named after Russian literary classics — "Anton Palych," "Pyotr Ilyich," "Anna Andreyevna." The Nutcracker cocktail nods to Tchaikovsky: it's made with buckwheat vodka and medovukha. The Sleeping Beauty is sparkling wine with chamomile liqueur. At the Orthodox bar on Vosstaniya, cocktails are served alongside Russian dishes: eggs Russian-style with red caviar, herring tartare, and pâté on a crouton.
