The menu presents seafood through different techniques, from Japanese sashimi and nigiri to Italian pasta with caviar. Rybtorg has its own ice display of fish and seafood, used for hot dishes including octopus, black cod and tiger prawn. A wide oyster selection is complemented by crab and eel salads.
