Insider bar menu and prices

The cocktail menu centres on complex aromatic pairings and collaborations. Insider offers several Negronis, with truffle, pistachio or patchouli. A section created with a perfume house features Petrichor, Original Leather and Library. The food has a pan-Asian spirit: prawn tom yum, Korean-style halibut and beef tartare with black caviar.
