Pinch restaurant menu and prices

The signature cuisine centres on seasonal local produce. Brand chef Luigi Magni shapes Pinch's menu. Starters include tartares and tacos, followed by soups, pasta and grilled dishes. Meat and fish are cooked over open fire. Breakfast features omelettes, syrniki and pancakes.
