Seafood and fish are kept on ice until ordered. Rico offers Mediterranean cuisine, prepared in an open kitchen in front of guests. Raw seafood forms the foundation: crudo, tataki, sashimi and oysters. Octopus and prawns are grilled. Hot dishes include crab, mussels and vongole.
