Juan Cantina Española restaurant menu and prices

Juan’s cuisine brings Spain and Mexico together without resorting to folkloric clichés. Chef Mikhail Saraev heads the kitchen, where tortillas are made by hand. Hot dishes are cooked in a Josper oven over charcoal and grapevines: grilled sea bass, Galician-style octopus and pil-pil prawns. Tapas centre on jamón, chorizo and Padrón peppers, accompanied by pinchos with smoked duck or salmon. Standout tacos include al pastor and pulled beef.
