Savva restaurant menu and prices

Average check — RUB 5,500

The modern Russian cuisine is shaped by seasonal produce and work with farmers. The menu opens with a Raw Bar of oysters, sea urchin and crab leg, followed by cold and hot starters, soups and salads. There is a wide selection of fish, meat and grilled mains. Savva has a separate Metropol Russian classics section, with okroshka, solyanka and salads following historical recipes. Our restaurant guide team recommends the beef tagliata and botvinya with Ladoga pike perch.
