The Italian cuisine follows the trattoria tradition: simple dishes and quality ingredients. Syrovarnya bakes pizzas with crisp crusts in a wood-fired oven. All pasta is handmade, with a wide selection of ravioli and risotto. Cheeses are made in-house and appear in almost every section of the menu.
