ENO Bistro Opens Its Summer Veranda.

ENO Bistro opens its updated veranda and hosts an outdoor dinner on Saturday, May 17. The event marks the start of the summer season at the restaurant, located just 20 minutes from the center of Moscow. The space has grown even more spacious and cozy: new trees, flowers, wicker furniture, and textiles have joined the garden. Soft sofas, cushions, rocking chairs, and a wide-seated bench help you feel right at home.

At the opening, guests can look forward to an outdoor dinner cooked by Folk Team's brand chef Evgeny Tsyganov. He'll take the grill himself, cooking bone-in ribeye, asparagus, corn, leek, and morels. Among the seafood, a large paella with shrimp, mussels, and squid joins the menu. As a welcome drink, punch will be poured for every guest, no exceptions.

Actor, musician, and writer Grigory Sluzhitel opens the evening's musical program. Together with flautist Alexander Bruni, he performs signature renditions of popular songs — from The Cure and Pixies to hits by "Bravo" and "Kino." The concert starts on the villa's second floor — the panoramic windows will be thrown open specially so the music fills the garden. Later, the musicians come down to join the guests and continue the set by the fire.

Guests will be welcomed starting at 18:00. The organizers are counting on warm weather, but cushions, blankets, and heaters are on hand in case it turns cool. The sound of live music, the warmth of the fire, dishes off the grill, and a comfortable atmosphere — that's how ENO Bistro opens the summer, whatever the weather decides to do.
