Bloom-n-Brew has unveiled summer specials and an updated menu, adding new drinks, Japanese-style sandwiches, and signature breakfasts. The update touches both new dishes and improved staple items that have already become favorites among regulars. The summer menu came out rich and varied — it's easy to find something interesting for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.

Three items joined the seasonal drinks lineup. Coffee framboise: a non-alcoholic twist on framboise with berries, filter coffee, and Sichuan pepper — suited to those who love the combination of fruit and spice. Non-alco cider recalls a dry apple cider, but without the alcohol; it's made with Tie Guan Yin tea, apple, kiwi, and cardamom. The third newcomer: affogato or matcha affogato — a dessert drink where creamy ice cream is topped with espresso or ceremonial-grade matcha.
Sandwiches are another important part of the summer specials. All three new items are served Japanese-style, with striking presentation and unconventional combinations. The salmon sandwich combines lightly salted fish, cucumber, cream cheese, and fish sauce. The roast-beef sandwich is made with select beef, pickled cucumber, mustard sauce, and processed cheese — all in a soft brioche bun. Vegetarians will like the zucchini sandwich, with guacamole, spinach pesto, avocado, microgreens, truffle paste, and pickled broccoli.

The updated menu also touches breakfast. "Breakfast from Bloom-n-Brew" includes a tartine with Emmental cheese, berries, and whipped basil butter. Among the hot starters: sweet potato fries with truffle and grated parmesan, served with blue cheese sauce. For dessert: yogurt with nut granola and blueberries and blackberries, or a croissant with ice cream, pistachios, and matcha cream.
The new menu at Bloom-n-Brew makes a summer visit to the café even more appealing: you can start the day with breakfast, come back at lunch for a sandwich and a cool drink, and grab a dessert with something invigorating in the evening. The whole menu is built around freshness, seasonality, and unconventional flavor combinations.
