At restaurant "Turandot," a rooftop terrace styled after 18th-century gardens has opened. Marble statues, small fountains, hydrangeas, and bitter orange trees build an atmosphere of calm and comfort, while chef Dmitry Eremeev has added pan-Asian items to the menu: pho bo, sushi with foie gras, bluefin tuna with sea urchin roe, crab dim sum, and octopus tonnato. "Chanoir" has opened a veranda on Tverskoy Boulevard, shielded from street noise by dense foliage. It's a calm spot with a French accent: onion soup, coq au vin, pâté en croûte, and crème brûlée are on the menu. Chef Eduard Arkhipov has introduced summer newcomers, but the classics of French cuisine have stayed on the menu too.

The terrace at "Café Pushkin" sits on the roof of a mansion and seats only 40 guests. Surrounded by greenery and quiet, it opens onto a view of Tverskoy Boulevard — a spot for breakfast, lunch, or meeting friends and colleagues. The summer menu includes green shchi, okroshka, and a garden-herb salad. Among the drinks: "Berries and Herbs" lemonade, a strawberry Negroni, and a sunflower spritz.

At "Kazbek," the summer terrace opening comes with a performance by Irakli and an evening DJ set. The panoramic rooftop veranda is decorated with grapevines, jugs, and carpets. The menu, by Mamia Dzhodzhua, includes Georgian starters, shashlik, and khachapuri. The space seats 200 and suits loud feasts and evenings among friends.

At restaurant "Matryoshka," the 40-seat summer veranda is surrounded by flowering plants, decorated with soft armchairs and silk lampshades, and shaded by an awning. New on the menu: smelt, morels with a cabbage roll, and a stuffed chicken leg. Among the rarer dishes: nelma whitefish with an oregano sauce and northern reindeer with cloudberry. There's also a radish salad, an Orsk pie, and shchi with sturgeon.

The terrace at restaurant "Shinok" opens onto a panoramic view of the Moskva River and Moscow City. You can unwind here with homemade infused liqueurs, cool cocktails, or cherry vareniki. Chef Elena Nikiforova cooks braised beef with mushrooms, okroshka, and berry salads. Dinner closes with a bird-cherry cake whose flavor recalls a childhood in the countryside.

At "Bochka," the veranda is the center of the restaurant's summer life. Comfortable armchairs, shade, and a light breeze make it convenient for business meetings and unhurried lunches.
