Summer Terrace at Bar "Moskovsky" Is Open.

At the summer terrace of bar "Moskovsky," opened at the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, you can now have lunch and dinner with a view of the Kremlin and Manezhnaya Square. The panoramic view has become an important part of the atmosphere: it adds lightness to the space and a particular Moscow romance to the evenings. Guests are invited for more than just the view: the menu features international dishes with Russian character and cocktails inspired by Russia's cultural and architectural symbols.

The summer menu was created by the bar's sous-chef, Maxim Shornikov. He puts the emphasis on Russian traditions, reimagined through the lens of modern international cuisine. The main ingredients are local, and of the highest quality: select vegetables and herbs, meat and fish from trusted suppliers. This approach lets the dishes be both recognizable and fresh at once. The result: items that could easily belong on a menu in a European restaurant, but with flavor accents that feel familiar in Russia.

The cocktail menu is the work of head bartender Vadim Panenkov. He made each drink like a small journey. In one you'll find references to old Moscow buildings, in another to northern landscapes. The foundation isn't just a flavor palette, but the cultural imagery Panenkov filled each glass with. The result: cocktails combining rare infusions, homemade syrups, and unexpected ingredients — from berry reductions to notes of pine.

On the terrace, you can book a table for lunch, arrange an evening with friends, or stop by for an unhurried cocktail after work. There's no excessive formality here: restaurant-level cuisine and service combine with a relaxed atmosphere, and every visit easily turns into a small celebration with a view of the capital's heart.
