New Finch Coffee Shop Opens in Gazetny.

Finch's third location offers the familiar format at a new, more focused and calm pace

Another Finch location has appeared on Moscow's map — this time on Gazetny Lane. This is already the project's third coffee shop, part of a venture that began five years ago. The first spaces were on Bolshaya Serpukhovskaya and in Khamovniki; now they're joined by a cozy corner right in the center of the capital, surrounded by theaters, boutiques, mansions, and galleries. The new coffee shop doesn't repeat the previous ones, offering instead its own take on Finch's familiar philosophy, adapted to the new location.

The interior was designed by Victoria Orlova, the chain's longtime architect. She uses the language of materials to create a particular feeling for guests. The space is built around rough plaster, exposed brick, and handmade furniture, made to sketches created specially for Finch by a craftsman from Tver. On the walls: original paintings — one Victoria painted herself, another she made together with a guest artist, and a third she commissioned from an artist in Rybinsk. Every element in the interior continues Finch's idea — honesty, attention to detail, a warm atmosphere.

Even though Finch sits close to Moscow's business and cultural life, the format stays the same: a place for those seeking delicious, straightforward food, good coffee, and calm time. Yegor Moskvichev is still in charge of the kitchen. The menu is built around the idea of a morning that lasts all day. Breakfast doesn't end here at noon — you can order cheese pancakes, porridge, pancakes, and croissants at any time. Rounding it out: salads, soups, and hot dishes suited to both lunch and dinner. The menu, for instance, includes chicken schnitzel with raisins and mustard, as well as a steak salad.

The bar menu combines classic coffee items with refreshing drinks. Finch brews espresso, filter coffee, and cappuccino, but also has matcha tonic, tarragon lemonade, and smoked red tea. Non-alcoholic signature drinks are on offer too, suited to different moods — from energizing to relaxing.

Finch's third venue continues the project's recognizable concept: a flexible, adaptable space that combines care for the product, simplicity, design, and flavor. The format of the new coffee shop on Gazetny Lane has become a bit calmer and more focused, but stays true to the main principle — creating a place people want to come back to.
